EKM Jena founded in 2005, develops length metroscopes based on combined years of experience in the successor organizations of the Carl Zeiss Jena Division that produced the ULM Universal Length Metroscope in the 1960s. The LMI series combine the traditional universal functionalities of single length measurements with new innovative 3D functionalities and a powerful LMI-MS Windows-based software suite, and is available in: -
- Cast Iron or Granite Bed
- Three standard model sizes (400, 600 and 1000)
- Three accuracy specifications (standard, high accuracy and very high accuracy)
- Equipped with an economical display unit or with the LMI-MS software
EKM Jena also provides hardware and software retrofits and repairs for old ULM units in addition to customization, training and user support.
