A rejector is installed downstream of the product inspection equipment in the manufacturing process and play a critical role in automatically eliminating defective or non-compliant products. Anritsu has been developing and providing highly reliable rejectors for over 60 years. They can be flexibly integrated into existing production lines and can be connected for use not only with Anritsu’s equipment, but also with inspection machines made by other companies.
To propose the optimal rejector, we consider and examine the following conditions:
- Product shape, packaging form, dimensions
- Product weight
- Production capacity
- Number of rejection points
- Presence of installation space constraints
- Environmental resistance (such as waterproof and dustproof performance)
This method involves blowing air onto the rejected items to remove them. It is suitable for high-speed rejection of small and lightweight items such as individually packaged products.
