Introducing the automatic feeder option

With the Clean Cup Scale alone, operators were required to supply raw materials placed on the working table into each feeder (according to the number of channels) manually.

By integrating the automatic feeder into the upstream of the Clean Cup Scale, operations needed to complete by human labor can be automated, resulting in further reduce the need for human operator.

Mechanism of the Automatic Feeder
Products are carried on the inclined conveyor while leveling it evenly.
Product can be supplied by regular conveyor as well as Z-conveyor and bucket conveyor.

Two inversion belts in the shuttle part divide the product left and right, distribute and supply products to all cups. Feeding amount is monitored by the sensor and automatically adjusted by intermittent operation.

Benefits
