- SSV-h Checkweigher & M6-h Metal Detector
This combo system brings together the weighing accuracy of the SSV-h series and the outstanding metal detection capabilities of the M6-h series into one unit. It's a great solution for industrial, pharmaceutical, and packaged food products that need to meet stringent safety and quality standards in non-washdown environments. The checkweigher uses a fast-responding force balance load cell that provides readings with maximum accuracy of +/-0.01g and features Anritsu's Smart Measurement Function, which reduces unnecessary rejects due to double product errors. The metal detection unit is equipped with Anritsu's proprietary dual frequency technology for the simultaneous detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All settings and inspection data are easily controlled from one panel.
- SSV-i Checkweigher & M6-h Metal Detector
The SSV-i Checkweigher & M6-h Metal Detector system features a waterproof cabinet, stainless steel frame, and hygienic design that make it ideal for wet production environments and unpackaged foods that require thorough cleaning and sanitation with high-pressure water jets. The checkweigher can be equipped with either a strain gauge load cell or a force balance load cell for extreme accuracy. Standard features include Anritsu’s Smart Measurement Function, which reduces double product errors during weight inspections, and dual frequency technology for the simultaneous detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All settings and inspection data are easily controlled from one panel.

In this combo system, the versatility of the SSV-f checkweigher series meets the reliability of M6-h metal detectors in half the space. The unit features a strain gauge cell, a wide choice of belt speeds and weighable product sizes, and Anritsu's proprietary SMF (Smart Measurement Function) to minimise double product errors. Its metal detection technology ensures consistent detection with minimal product effect and interference from the environment. With a dustproof IP30 rating, the SSV-f Checkweigher & M6-h Metal Detector system is suitable for a variety of non-washdown food, pharma, and industrial applications, including heavy products.
- SSV Checkweigher & Vertical M6-h Metal Detector
This system combines any SSV Checkweigher with a Vertical M6 Metal Detector for the inspection of upright packaging such as bottles and stand-up pouches. The availability of SSV-h, SSV-i, or SSV-f checkweighers allows you to choose between high and extra high weighing accuracy, washdown or non-washdown protection, and different belt speeds. Standard features include Anritsu's proprietary Smart Measurement Function for the reduction of double product errors, and dual frequency technology for the simultaneous detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
