Image Search Function (E-MAX)
A function to search and compare with reference images enables effective alignment for correct edge detection. Search parameters can be set to three types of evaluation: distance, score and distance+score. Comparison of this score for the reference image with the search result is also possible.

In-screen Automatic Measurement+Automatic Cycle Measurement (E-MAX V3 Set)
By simply moving the XY stage within the navigated area, automatic on-screen measurement is possible during measurement cycles. The component image does not need to be positioned centrally in order for the system software to work.

Customer’s Edge Select Function (V3 set) (E-MAX V3 set)
Selecting a target edge from multiple edges, the detection tool follows the operator’s choice instantly, so graphing the results and distribution of data from multiple edges becomes very easy and repeatable.
