Furthermore, this M6-h detects contaminants before they spread to the rest of the line, possibly causing damage to production equipment and leading to product loss. The detection head has been engineered and optimised for free fall inspection, while the rejector has a failsafe mechanism that prevents outflow of foreign bodies. The detection head, color touch panel, and rejector unit can be either grouped in an independent and space saving unit, or integrated into an existing line, for example right after a multi-head weigher or a raw material tank, before the filling and packaging machine.
