The V-20B from Nikon is a floor-standing, optical profile projector with superb image quality that precisely captures the X/Y coordinates of features. The image of the sample on the stage is displayed on the 20” (500mm) screen, enabling accurate data capture.

The V-20B profile projector boasts a very large 20” (500mm) projection screen with a rotation function provided as standard for a bright, high contrast component image.

Telecentric Projection Lens Series
Five telecentric lenses from 5x to 100x with three intermediate values provide the capability for measuring a wide variety of component sizes and feature dimensions.

Core Features

Capable of Measuring Large and Heavy Components
The extreme capabilities of the instrument allow measure of large component dimensions with X/Y stage travels of up to 250 x 150mm. Component height can be up to 150mm above the measuring stage glass. Maximum component weight is 20kg.

Date Processing Unit DP-E1 and E-Max Software
Nikon’s DP-E1 unit combines accuracy with easy of use. Teaching and measurement files can be exported by USB stick. Nikon’s E-Max software provides measuring support tools via a common GUI, processes measurement data and exports results.
* Retrofit Counter/DP unit is also required.

Measuring Stages with Fine Rotation Control Function
Within the complete range, the two largest stages have a rotation function. Achieving precise component alignment over long distances even when handling samples up to 20kg, enabling faster and more efficient measuring.
