Our laboratory calibration processes are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines by the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC-SINGLAS), and in Indonesia by the Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN). The scope of accreditation covers Coordinate Measuring Machines, Vision Measuring Systems, Surface Roughness, Contour and Roundness Testers, Profile Projectors, Universal Length Metroscopes and CMM measurements up to 1200mm.
In Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia, we are accredited for Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines in accordance with ASME B89 and ISO 10360-12. In Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, we are accredited also for in-line Checkweighers.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is the international standard specifying the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. It incorporates the management system which align with ISO9001 principles, in addition to the technical competence requirements for the laboratories. Calibration under the standard shall demonstrate proper evaluation of all risks and provide the expanded uncertainty for calibrations and measurements performed.
Being accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 shows we meet both the management system and technical competence requirements necessary to consistently deliver technically valid calibration and measurement results.
In Malaysia, our Checkweigher (SSV Series) is officially pattern approved by the National Measurement Standard Laboratory, National Metrology Institute of Malaysia (NMIM-SIRIM); and is regulated under Weights and Measures Act 1972 by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living.
