Service Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Service of our industrial metrology solutions such as portable-arm CMMs, laser trackers, gear testers, X-Ray CT, 2D and 3D vision systems, etc., that we sell for dimensional measurement, defect analysis, quality and reverse engineering. This includes installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
  • Perform work assignments in an efficient and methodical fashion, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products.
  • Update CRM on a timely and effective basis for team-wide follow-up and teamwork support.
  • At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of Thailand.
  • Reports to the Service Department Head as assigned and works interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.

Pre-Requisites

  • Good recognised Degree in EEE, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • At least three years relevant working experience in service preferred
  • A “service heart” with good knowledge of instrumentation and deriving satisfaction in getting systems back into operation efficiently and effectively
  • An interest in metrology and quality as a deliverer of manufacturing competitiveness
  • A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, high integrity and discipline
  • Have your own car transport
