Admin Support Executive

Responsibilities
- Perform admin support tasks such as preparing quotations, calibration certificates and maintaining schedules for service engineers, and handling customer calls and enquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, upkeep and updating of our database, as well as logistics and shipping arrangements.
- Support our ISO/IEC 17025 documentation and assist in any general or HR administrative tasks if or when required.
- Report to Department Head or as assigned and work interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.
Pre-Requisites
- Good recognised Degree in Business or equivalent with at least three years of relevant work experience.
- A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, high integrity and discipline.
- Good IT skills plus knowledge of CRM and ERP would be useful.
- Pro-active, meticulous and hands-on.
