Responsibilities

• Service the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors that we sell for automated weight, hazard point and quality control for food, pharma and industrial applications. This includes installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance and calibrations.
• Perform work assignments in efficient and methodical fashion, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products.
• Update CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow up and teamwork support.
• At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of Indonesia.
• Report to the Service or Branch Manager or Department Head as assigned and works interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.

Pre-Requisites

• Good recognised Degree in EEE, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in service or project preferred. New Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A “service heart” with good knowledge of instrumentation and deriving satisfaction in getting systems back into operations efficiently and effectively.
• An interest in metrology and quality as a deliverer of manufacturing competitiveness.
• A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, high integrity and discipline.
