Receptionist (1-2 Year Contract Basis)

  • Certificate monitoring including manage the scanning, filing, and dispatching of certificates using courier services and ensure accurate record-keeping and timely delivery of documents.
  • Correspondence containing handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, redirecting as necessary.
  • Hotel Booking comprising coordinate hotel reservations for company staff and guests, ensuring accommodation arrangements meet the required standards and preferences.
  • Visa Assistance incorporating assist with visa applications and documentation for staff and visitors, liaising with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
  • General administrative support involving provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.
  • Report to Department Head or senior support executive as assigned and work interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.


  • Good recognised Degree in Business or equivalent with relevant work experience.
  • A team player with strong inter-personal communications skills, high integrity and discipline.
  • Good computer and digital skills Word, Excel, Email and social media, plus knowledge of CRM and ERP would be useful.
  • Strong proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Pro-active, meticulous and hands-on.
