Bruker Alicona, headquartered in Graz, Austria, is a global provider of highly precise 3D optical metrology systems for evaluating complex toolings and components of various shapes, sizes, and materials. The output includes measurements of dimension, position, shape, and roughness in the fields of production measurement technology and automation, as well as prototype development and traditional quality assurance. Bruker Alicona’s core competence lies in Focus-Variation, which closes the gap between classical dimensional metrology and surface roughness measurement.   • InfiniteFocus® G6 is an accurate, fast and universal optical 3D measuring instrument for tolerances in the µm and sub-µm range. Components are measured area-based and with high resolution, independent of size, material, geometry, weight and surface finish. A number of proven and new features combine the functionalities of a roughness measuring system (Ra, Rq, Rz/Sa, Sq, Sz) with the characteristics of a coordinate measuring machine.

  • FocusX ― the fastest versatile optical 3D measuring device in its class. From highly reflective surfaces to steep flanks and complex forms, the applications of FocusX are limitless. Small radii, acute angles, and tight tolerances pose no challenge for FocusX, even in high quantities.

  • μCMM, the first purely optical coordinate measuring machine, is used to measure extremely tight tolerances with high accuracy. Users combine advantages from tactile coordinate measuring technology and optical surface metrology.

  • InfiniteFocusSL easy-to-use, entry-level, high-speed manual focus variation measurement system.

  • EdgeMaster Series for high-resolution, fully automatic measurement of tool cutting edges in production.

  • IF-Portable/IF-Profiler Mobile and flexible handheld 3D surface profilometry for production or for larger components.

  • IF-Sensor R25: Optical measurement sensor for the shop floor which can also be integrated as part of the Cobot collaborative system.

  • Cobot Series consist of a collaborative 6-axis robot and a stable optical 3D measurement sensor, which provides repeatable and traceable measurements in high resolution even under production conditions. Handling, programming and measurement of taught-in measurement series do not require any previous metrology knowledge.
