ÄPRE was founded on 19 June 2013 by engineers and scientists with collectively over 140 years of experience, including key leadership positions in RD&E and marketing of interferometry solutions at Zygo®, 4D Technologies, Wyko/Veeco, Tropel (now Corning®), and ESDI/Mahr®. ÄPRE’s interferometers enhance metrology capabilities for the optical manufacturing industry. The high-performance Fizeau interferometers provide fast and accurate surface and wavefront measurements.
