Digital Length Measuring System, DIGIMICRO Series
Using a built-in, photoelectric, digital linear scale measuring system, contact-based thickness, depth and height measurement is possible using Nikon's DIGIMICRO Series. Three models offer various levels of measurement accuracy over three different lengths.

Display values from 1µm to 0.01µm.
Three digital heads – MF-1001:100mm travel, MK-501:50mm travel and MH-12M:15mm travel, with two counters – MFC-200: 0.1µm minimum readable value and accuracy of 3µm and TC-200: 0.01µm minimum readable value and accuracy of 1µm (0.7µm for the MH-15M). Accuracy figures are at 20°C.
Three Main Bodies, Two Counters
The three plunger head models are the 0-100mm MF-1001, 0-50mm MF-501 and 0-15mm MHF-15M, with two DRO counters, MFC-200 and TC-200.
Accessory Probe Tip Range
Six accessory probe tips are available to match customers’ special requirements. The probe shaft tip variants are: standard, pin, plastic, off-centre, flat and roller.
Accessory Bench Stand Range
Five accessory stands are available: MS-12C, MS-22S, MS32G, MS-51C, and MS-41G. The correct stand to suit a user’s requirements can be specified for every component.
Plunger Protective Anti-Dust Bellows
The measurement head’s probe shaft is very well protected from dust or other contamination, as it is housed within a flexible protective bellows.
