The DualX model features revolutionary technology for the reliable detection of thin, low-density foreign objects such as small bones or stones. While X-ray systems typically process a single image, DualX scans products using a high- and low-energy level simultaneously and combines two X-ray images, discovering more contaminants.

This model is particularly suitable for poultry applications. Broiler chickens that are bred for rapid growth tend to have relatively less bone mass compared to the thickness of the meat, making detection of smaller bones particularly challenging with conventional X-ray systems. DualX also delivers higher detection sensitivity for products with overlapping pieces in packaged products such as fries, frozen vegetables, sausages, or nuggets.
