- Displays Historical and Current Production Status
The production status view displays key metrics such as conveyor operating status, product count, OK/NG count, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The production progress graphs make it easier to become aware of momentary stoppages and delays, allowing for fast corrective action.
- Displays Real-Time Details for Each Machine
With QUICCA Monitor, it’s possible to check the operational state of all Anritsu inspection and detection systems (up to 100 at a time), plus other data such as number of inspected products and pass/fail stats. Views can be easily customised with preset templates.
- Complete Product Traceability
Before any inspection is performed, the system prints an ID on the product packaging using a special ink that is only visible under UV light. As the product goes through the inspection systems, results are recorded and linked to that ID, ensuring complete traceability in case of customer complaints.
- HACCP Compliance
Being HACCP compliant requires regular verification of inspection equipment placed at CCPs (Critical Control Points). QUICCA automatically records these operation checks, providing a CCP monitoring and product inspection report, and eliminating possible recording omissions or errors.
