The SMZ1270/1270i offers the highest-in-class zoom ratio of 12.7x (0.63 - 8x).
It offers wide viewfield at low magnification, enabling easy confirmation of observation targets, while its cutting-edge optics provide bright and sharp images through the entire viewfield. The SMZ800N offers higher magnification than conventional models, enabling high-resolution observation of minute structures. In combination with the new objective series, its improved chromatic aberration correction provides bright and sharp images through the entire viewfield. The parallel optics design allows ergonomic accessories and observation attachments to be used in a wide range of applications.

7.5x zoom and 115 mm working distance
Featuring a zoom magnification of 7.5X and a long working distance of 115mm, Nikon SMZ745 microscopes are well suited for both industrial and biomedical applications. The adoption of a new total reflection prism produces brighter images with higher contrast, and the anti-mold design allows the microscope to be used in environments where the temperature and humidity are high. The SMZ-745T trinocular model comes equipped with a microscope camera port and a built-in 0.55x c-mount adapter, permitting direct mounting of Nikon DS Series Digital Cameras.
